TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Nature of Service

VisaPrivé is a private visa assistance service. We:

• Assist with documentation preparation
• Monitor appointment availability
• Secure visa appointment slots
• Submit applications where authorized

We are not affiliated with any government authority or embassy. Final visa decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy or consulate.

2. No Guarantee of Approval

We do not guarantee visa approval. We do not control embassy decisions. We are not responsible for:

• Visa refusals
• Processing delays
• Policy changes by embassies
• Embassy system outages

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Submit genuine documents
• Respond promptly when required
• Attend appointments as scheduled

Failure to do so may void service eligibility.

4. Appointment Securing

Our service includes active monitoring and securing appointment availability. An appointment is considered "secured" once officially confirmed in the relevant embassy system.

5. Payments

All service fees are payable in advance. Government or embassy fees are separate and non-refundable. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

6. Refund Policy Reference

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks after services have commenced may result in:

• Immediate suspension of services
• Legal recovery action
• Reporting of fraudulent claims

Clients agree to attempt resolution directly before initiating chargebacks.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Duke Digital FZE LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our liability is limited to the service fee paid.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
