REFUND POLICY

1. Eligibility

A refund of service fees may be issued only if no appointment is secured within the agreed timeframe established at the start of engagement. The agreed timeframe must be documented in writing.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued if:

• An appointment has been successfully secured
• Client delays submission of required documents
• Client provides inaccurate information
• Client fails to attend the secured appointment
• Embassy policies change
• Visa application is refused
• Government or embassy fees have been paid

Government and embassy fees are strictly non-refundable.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

4. Discretion

We reserve the right to evaluate exceptional cases at our discretion.
